Each scheduled visit covers the full scope of routine service your equipment needs to stay accurate, compliant, and protected. No surprises — just consistent, thorough care.

If something unexpected comes up during a visit, we'll diagnose it on the spot and handle repairs as needed. You won't have to schedule a separate appointment or wait for a callback.

We also provide detailed documentation of every visit — what was checked, what was replaced, what was found, and any recommendations going forward. A clean service record is valuable for quality audits and equipment history.

Each monthly visit includes:

  • End User Calibrations
  • Check and/or Replace Consumables
  • Check and/or Replace Preventive Maintenance Parts
  • Repairs performed as needed (excluding repair parts)
  • Detailed documentation of work completed & recommendations

Calibration

End user calibrations every visit. We verify irradiance levels, temperature accuracy, and humidity control to keep your equipment producing accurate, defensible test data.

Diagnostics & Repair

If something's wrong, we diagnose it on the spot and perform repairs as needed. Service plan customers get priority scheduling — no waiting in line.

After many heat cycles, aging rubber hosing can plasticize and become brittle — risking leaks or catastrophic lab flooding. We inspect and replace lamp cooling system hoses and hardware to eliminate this risk entirely.

Chamber Cleaning

Chalky residue and buildup inside the test chamber can interfere with light monitoring and leach onto specimens. We fully soak, scrub, and rinse using laboratory-grade cleaners — no residue, safe for equipment and samples.

What to Expect

What equipment does the plan cover?

The WomTech Service Plan is available for Atlas Ci series Weather-Ometers (Ci3000, Ci4000, Ci5000) and Q Lab QUV testers. If you have other weathering equipment, contact us and we'll discuss options.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on your equipment type, quantity, and location. We'll assess your setup and provide a flat monthly rate — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Repair parts are not included but are billed at cost.

What if something breaks between visits?

Service plan customers receive priority scheduling for between-visit service calls. We'll get to you fast and handle the issue — keeping downtime to a minimum.

Do you provide documentation for audits?

Yes. After every visit you receive a written service report detailing all work performed, parts replaced, calibration results, and any observations or recommendations.

Is there a contract or minimum term?
